Ex-Champagne Cask Whisky

Launched in October 2026 our Ex-Champagne Cask Single Malt English Whisky is quite something!! The spirit spent it's first four years in ex-Jim Beam casks and was then transferred to a 225 litre Charlemagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc, 100% Chardonnay Champagne, French Oak Barrique The result is a distinctive whisky, bright, fresh, and vibrant, with a lovely little “fizz” of citrus and fruit on the palate.
