1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Browsers can also keep small notes for a site (called local storage). Some are needed for the site to work; others help us understand how it's used. This policy covers both.

2. What we use

  • Log-in (essential): keeps you logged in. Set by our login provider, Supabase, when you log in; removed when you log out.
  • llamaport-cookies (essential, local storage): remembers your cookie choice. Kept until you clear it.
  • hub_brand (essential): if you manage more than one brand, remembers which one you're working on. Lasts a year.
  • llamaport-bell-seen (essential, local storage): for brands, remembers which likes you've already seen. Kept until you clear it.
  • Short visit notes (essential, session storage): stop the same view being counted twice. Cleared when you close the tab.
  • llamaport-visitor (analytics, local storage): a random visitor id, so we can count visits and see which pages and drinks are popular. Only set if you click "That's fine" on the cookie banner. The data stays in our own database (Supabase).
  • llamaport-from (analytics, local storage): the code of the post or link that brought you (for example li-c), so we know which of our posts work if you sign up later. Kept for 30 days. Only set if you click "That's fine" on the cookie banner.
  • Our own team's tools also use short-lived cookies in the back office; visitors never get them.

We don't use advertising cookies, and no other company tracks you through LlamaPort.

3. Your choice

When you first visit, the cookie banner asks whether you accept analytics. Saying no doesn't stop you browsing. You can change your mind at any time from the Cookies link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies and site data in your browser.
