Bougainville is a rum brand from Phoenix, Mauritius.
Bougainville is the rum range from Oxenham Craft Distillery, part of a Mauritian family drinks business going since 1932. It is named after the French navigator who brought new sugarcane varieties to the island. The rums are made in small batches from 100% Mauritian molasses and the aged ones rest in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks.
