The story
Chalong Bay is a rum brand from Phuket, Thailand.
Chalong Bay makes rum at its own distillery on Phuket, using a French copper still and hand-harvested Thai sugarcane grown without chemical fertilisers. The cane is pressed straight after cutting and the fresh juice is fermented and distilled in small batches. Nothing is added: no sugar, no colouring, no flavourings.
