Coa de Jima is a tequila brand from Mexico.
Coa de Jima is named after the coa, the long-handled blade jimadores use to harvest agave and trim it down to the heart. The tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco, where volcanic soil gives bigger, sweeter plants. There's a silver and a reposado rested in oak.
