The story
DaMhile Distillery is a gin brand from Llandysul, Wales.
Dà Mhìle is an organic distillery on a family farm at Llandysul in Ceredigion, west Wales. The farm supplies the wood that heats the still and the spring water that goes into the spirits. The range runs from organic single malt and single grain Welsh whisky to gin, absinthe and apple brandy, each one inspired by the land around it.
