Efes is a lager brand from Istanbul, Türkiye.
Efes brewed its first beer in 1969 near Ephesus, the ancient port city on Turkey's Aegean coast that gave it its name. Made by Anadolu Efes, it is now sold in more than 70 countries and pitches itself as the beer of the Mediterranean table. Its Pilsener has collected over 85 international quality awards.
