Ellers Farm Distillery is a vodka and gin brand from Stamford Bridge, England.
Ellers Farm began with windfall apples. Founder Chris Fraser started making cider from an abandoned orchard in 2014, then turned to distilling after tasting an apple vodka in New York. The distillery near Stamford Bridge, built in 2022 to the design of an old Dutch barn and a certified B Corp, makes Dutch Barn Vodka from British apples with a little potato spirit, run through 70 distillation plates, and Y-Gin, small-batch gin led by Yorkshire rhubarb. Liqueurs and Three Ridings Whisky sit alongside.
