Farigoule de Forcalquier is a liqueur brand from Forcalquier, France.
Farigoule is the Provençal name for wild thyme, and this liqueur is one of the oldest made by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence. Flowering thyme is hand-picked each May in the scrubland around Forcalquier, dried and macerated with sage, lemon verbena and angelica seed.
