Amaro Formidabile began as a Roman liquorist's project and is now made by Pallini at its historic Rome site. Herbs, roots, barks and peels are macerated in pure grain alcohol with nothing artificial added, and each bottle shows its vintage because the botanicals change from harvest to harvest.
