Gin XII comes from Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, a Forcalquier distillery founded in 1898 that is also home to Henri Bardouin pastis. Twelve botanicals, including wild juniper, thyme and rosemary from the garrigue, are distilled in a copper column still and rested before bottling.
