HACIEN makes tequila from 100% blue weber agave in Tequila, Jalisco, with no added sugars. The agave is hand cut and its hearts slow roasted in brick ovens for up to 54 hours before pressing and distilling. Launched in the UK around 2022, it has built a name for flavoured tequila (lemon and lime, summer berries, coffee and pineapple) alongside a blanco and an añejo cristalino.
