Happy Mountain (Tako-yama) is an awamori range from Sakimoto Shuzo, one of Okinawa's oldest awamori makers, founded in 1902 and now distilling inside the Ryukyu Mura heritage village in Onna. Awamori is Okinawa's own rice spirit, made with black koji.
