Hardanger Sider is an apple cider brand from Ulvik, Norway.
Hardanger Saft- og Siderfabrikk sits on the Lekve fruit farm in Ulvik, deep in the Hardangerfjord, where fruit has been grown for generations. It started selling cider commercially in 2004 and now makes over 20 spontaneously fermented ciders under the protected 'Sider frå Hardanger' name.
