Hite is a pale lager brand from Seoul, South Korea, founded in 1933.
Hite comes from HiteJinro, whose brewing roots go back to 1933. Launched in 1993, Hite made its name as the cold, clean lager on Korean tables, and today's Extra Cold is filtered at sub-zero temperatures for a sharp, refreshing finish. The family also includes Hite Zero 0.00, which opened up Korea's alcohol-free beer market in 2012.
