Izarra is a liqueur brand from Bayonne, France, founded in 1906.
Pharmacist Joseph Grattau created Izarra in Hendaye in 1906, and its name means 'star' in Basque. Plant distillates are blended with Armagnac, and the yellow version now uses local acacia honey.
