The story
Le Moderato is a wine brand from Paris, France.
Moderato was started in 2020 by Sébastien and Fabien, who wanted a wine as good as any other, just without the alcohol. They teamed up with partner winemakers in the south-west of France to make it happen. The range takes in reds, whites, rosés and sparklings from grapes like Colombard, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Tannat, all dealcoholised and made from 100% French wine. Some are barrel aged, and there's even an alcohol-free sweet wine made with Château Sigalas-Rabaud in Sauternes.
