Luz Gin began as bartender Leonardo Veronesi's experiments on Lake Garda and is now made by Distilleria Marzadro, the grappa house in Nogaredo, Trentino. All nine botanicals come from Trentino, and each is infused separately before distilling in a 1,000 litre pot still.
