Mt Uncle Distillery was set up in 2001 at Walkamin on the Atherton Tablelands in tropical Far North Queensland. One property is home to five spirit houses: Botanic Australis gin, FNQ Rum Co., Agave Australis, Watkins Whisky Co. and Sexycat. It was also behind bringing Blue Weber agave into Australia.
