The story
Pomelle is a liqueur brand from United Kingdom, the United Kingdom, founded in 2023.
Founded in 2023 by Swedish entrepreneur Malin Spano, Pómelle is a premium, natural aperitif crafted from pomelo, pink grapefruit, elderflower and ginseng. Inspired by the elderflower of her native Sweden and the pomelo she discovered in California, Malin set out to create a drink that balanced floral elegance with vibrant citrus, light, natural and genuinely delicious. Less sweet than a Hugo Spritz and less bitter than an Aperol Spritz, Pómelle is best enjoyed as a Pómelle Spritz with elderflower, sparkling wine and a wedge of fresh grapefruit. It is also the foundation for a full range of cocktails including the Pómelle Paloma, Pómelle Sour and Pómelle Margarita.
