Rock Rose is made by Dunnet Bay Distillery on the Caithness coast, near the top of mainland Scotland. The gin pairs classic juniper with local botanicals such as rose root, sea buckthorn and rowan berries. The same distillery also makes Holy Grass Vodka and Mapmaker's rum.
