Sango is a 100% agave spirit made from African Agave americana and salmiana harvested in South Africa. The agave is pit and oven roasted, fermented with wild yeast and distilled in KwaZulu-Natal, borrowing Mexican methods for a very African result. It comes from Spearhead Spirits and is named after Shango, the Yoruba god of thunder.
