Santiago Queirolo is a brandy & cognac brand from Peru.
The Queirolo family came to Peru from Italy and opened a tavern in Lima in 1880, where Santiago Queirolo started making wine and later pisco. Today the house grows grapes in the Cañete and Ica valleys and distils its pisco in copper stills.
