Tequila Corralejo is a tequila brand from Pénjamo, Mexico, founded in 1996.
Corralejo is made at the Hacienda Corralejo in Pénjamo, Guanajuato, outside the main Jalisco heartland. Blue agave is cooked in stone ovens and distilled using the Charentais method, unusual for tequila. Its tall, slim bottles are hard to miss.
