The Botanist is a gin brand from Bruichladdich, Scotland, founded in 2011.
Made at the Bruichladdich distillery on Islay, The Botanist leans on wild plants picked across the island by its own foragers. It is distilled very slowly in a Lomond still nicknamed Ugly Betty, then bottled in a glass etched with the botanical names.
