Ulibbo is a liqueur and gin brand from Ragusa, Italy, founded in 2021.
Ulibbo comes from Società Agricola Verso le Origini, a family farm near Ragusa in Sicily. After three years of trials they built a small workshop to turn leaves from their old olive and carob trees into a liqueur, launched in 2022. A Mediterranean gin, GreenGin, followed in 2025.
