DREAMSAKE is an asian spirits brand from London, England.

DREAMSAKE brings premium Japanese sake to modern tables, bars and shared moments. Based in London and produced in Hyōgo, Japan, we make sake approachable through exceptional flavour, versatile serves and memorable food pairings. Our Daiginjo No.1 is exceptionally smooth, with honeydew melon, soft citrus and a clean finish. Naturally high in umami and low in acidity, it pairs beautifully with everything from sushi and sashimi to oysters, cheese and pizza. Crafted using finely polished rice and Miyamizu water, DREAMSAKE is vegan, gluten-free and free from sulphites. Enjoy chilled in a wine glass, over ice or in cocktails.
